This fantastic dream home has: Well appointed luxurious five bedrooms, four bathrooms with three master suites, oversized game room and a large private pool area with a Jacuzzi which overlooks a lake, ideal for lounging around in the evening within your own privacy. The pool can be accessed from both master suites which have separate showers. The house has enough space to accommodate ten people, without getting in each other’s way and close to pop to the shops and all importantly to get to Disney! Highlights of Minnie’s Marvel Include: Spacious Family Room carpeted with comfortable sofas and a large rear projection TV and music centre, for winding down after a day at the attractions. Large Pool, Jacuzzi, spa and large pool deck (heated pool and Jacuzzi available for an additional charge) with privacy fencing and a lovely lake view. Pool side table for outdoor dining. Patio area by pool in the shade. Carpeted Games Room featuring a pool table with comfortable sofas. Air conditioning and heating facilities available to suit your needs. Den completely wired for multiple device access. Fully Equipped Kitchen by the lounge with a large fridge/freeze and waste disposal sink. Large Formal Dining Room Table and eat-in Kitchen Table. Fully equipped laundry room with separate washer dryer. Utility room with ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner Plenty of extras including highchair, toys, games, DVDs and books. Fully alarmed house with child proof locks and buzzer system. Sleeping soundly at Minnie’s Marvel Include: The first Master on Suite is equipped with a King Size Bed, TV, Soaker Tub, Double Sinks, and Separate Shower with additional closet with direct access to the pool area. The second Master on Suite has a Queen Size Bed with a TV, Private Bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo and direct access to the pool area. Third Bedroom Features a queen size bed with TV and large closet at front of house. Fourth Bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV. Fifth Bedroom is also furnished with 2 twin beds and TV. All five bedrooms consist of wardrobes and mirrors and walk-in closets to store the pile of clothes that you buy from the outlets Internet facilities: Wi-Fi for multiple device access (need to bring your own computer) to high speed internet. Desk available for computer use. The owners of Minnie’s Marvel genuinely want your vacation to be an experience far and beyond your wildest imagination. This home is pet friendly, you will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional non refundable pet fee of $200+ tax for the first 2 pets and $50+ tax for each additional approved pet. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract **Pool Heat; Pool/Spa/Hot Tub heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Pool/spa/Hot Tub heat is available as an optional amenity. Min 3 nights - $188 plus tax 4+ days $60/per day plus tax. The heater will be turned on for the duration requested, once requested and paid for. Please note that while the heater will raise the water temperature, the final temperature can be affected by outside factors such as cooler daytime weather, windy conditions, and especially lower nighttime temperatures. These natural conditions can cause heat loss, which means the pool may not always reach your preferred warmth, even with the heater running continuously. The pool heat fee covers the cost of operating the heater and is not a guarantee of a specific water temperature. Once heating begins for your stay, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or temperature variations. By requesting pool heat, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We want you to have the best possible experience, and we’ll do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! Other things to note Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes. Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards.
