True Blue

Welcome to True Blue, located only 100 yards from the MTSU Campus. We are proud to offer our two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome for your enjoyment. This three story unit has a two car garage and sitting area on the first floor. The second floor has a complete kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath. The two bedrooms are on the third floor along with two baths and washer and dryer. Note: the only television is located in the living room and is wifi only. The space True Blue comes with most everything you will need: towels, individual shampoo/conditioner, soap, bath tissue, facial tissue, hand soap, paper towels, laundry supplies (starter pack) and coffee (starter pack). The kitchen has a standard set of cookware, dishes and silverware. The only TV is located in the living room with wifi only. Guest access Whole house including garage Other things to note - Must be at least 25 to rent. - No smoking of any kind in the townhouse or within 50 feet of the building. - Keep noise down out of respect of our neighbors. - No parties or gatherings. No guests unless previously arranged with us. - No candles except battery operated type.
