This level also features a full bathroom and a bunk room (queen + twin) that’s perfect for guests or visiting family. Step out back to a private patio for fresh air and grilling on mild winter days. Second Floor Gather on the bright, open main level featuring a second living room with two pull-out couches, a half bath, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for group meals or everyday cooking. The adjoining screened-in balcony offers limited views of Lake Erie and comfortable seating for your morning coffee or a peaceful evening wind-down. Third Floor Upstairs, you’ll find two private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo except for one closet marked "PRIVATE" in the 3rd floor primary bedroom. The heated pool is available seasonally (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and is a shared amenity with other guests and residents of the condo association. You will not have access to Baypoint or any of it's resort amenities - this area is strictly private. There is no walkable beach or access to Lake Erie from the condo. Other things to note This condo is fully stocked and ready to go. You will need to bring your own toiletries and beach towels - the condo's towels are not permitted to be taken outside to the beach or pool area. The pool is heated and is generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day - the pool is owned and operated by the condo association and we do not have control over when it is available for use. Please also note that there is no direct access to the lake from the condo. The beach and lake access immediately by the condo is private property and part of Baypoint - they take trespassing very seriously. For stays of 30 days or longer, a background check and signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in, as outlined by our property management policy. This ensures a secure, enjoyable stay for all guests.
