2 Bedroom basement apartment with private entrance in the heart of Sugarhouse. Includes private laundry and central air/heat. The space Located in an adorable, safe, residential neighborhood but only a 15min walk/3min drive to Sugarhouse Center with shops, bars, breweries, restaurants, Whole Foods, a movie theatre etc. 15min walk/3min drive to Sugarhouse Park. Around the corner from a Beans and Brews and a 5min drive to Brickyard with even more shops and bars. 2 minutes off of I-80 entrance but away from the highway noise. 25-35 minutes to all the ski resorts. We're biased, but it's the best location ever. Living Room - Large L couch with pull out bed, 40" TV with Roku stick, dining area Kitchen - Full kitchen with oven and small dishwasher. Fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, and china. Bedroom 1 - Full size bed with new memory foam topper, new bedding, dresser, and desk. Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed with Beautyrest mattress, new bedding, dresser, desk, and lots of natural light. Bathroom - Shower only Guest access Access to backyard with private sitting area. Private entrance to the downstairs unit on the side of the house, completely closed off from the top floor of the house. Driveway parking for 1-2 cars next to the entrance. Please park on the left side of the driveway only. Garage access available to store ski gear and outdoor equipment. Other things to note Please note, the rooms are all 6.5' or taller, but some transitions are lower (doorways etc.) and there is one 2' section in the living room where a duct hangs lower. So this is best suited for someone 6' or under. Due to the steepness of the stairs, this suite is not suitable for young children. The backyard and garage are not for use by the downstairs unit.
