In summer, there is a golf course, hiking and biking trails and fishing right outside the door. There is a TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Drying cabinet in the hall. A washing machine and dryer are located in the same building. Large balcony with barbecue grill. Cushions for the outdoor furniture are available.
