There are several activities to enjoy contact with nature: hiking in the woods, exploring the grotto, kayaking and diving in the lake, feeding the fish, fishing in the river, sitting around the campfire to tell stories, playing the guitar and roasting marshmallows, feeding the geese, playing with the chickens and collecting their eggs, bathing in the shower, climbing trees, playing on the swings, watching the birds and other animals, resting in the hammocks (1 on the lawn and 1 in the woods), picnicking, playing soccer, volleyball, cycling, flying kites and even inventing many other activities and games taking advantage of the huge 3,500 m grassy area in front of the house. The house is newly built (just over 3 years old), spacious, single-story (accessible), well ventilated, with integrated environments and fully glazed, to enjoy the beautiful view of the river, the forest and the lake. It has 5 comfortable suites (with private bathrooms) that accommodate up to 4 people each. 4 suites are located in the main house and 1 suite in the cozy lawn house, La Dolce Casa. La Dolce Casa is decorated with paintings depicting Italian houses and has a cool balcony with a hammock to enjoy the best view of the entire property. There is also a mini-breakfast bar with a coffee maker and electric kettle for greater comfort. All the suites in the main house have a ceiling fan and glass counter door, to better enjoy the view, as well as a blackout curtain (100%), for a good night's sleep! We have portable heaters available for all suites, providing greater thermal comfort on colder days. Because we are close to the woods and river, the climate is always very pleasant and at night a warm blanket brings extra coziness. We have a wood or charcoal heater in the living room, which warms the entire integrated area of the house and can even be used to roast marshmallows in a cozier atmosphere. Sitting in front of the heater and drinking a good wine on colder days is an unforgettable feeling!
