Comfortable, oceanfront apartment, on the sand in Ocian. Fabulous view. 13th floor. Close to everything. Fair, amusement park, fish market and main shops, restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, shops, ice cream parlors, beer halls, etc. from the main center of the city of Ocian. The space All the utensils necessary for the preparation and consumption of food are in the kitchen furniture and can be used at will, we only ask that they be stored well cleaned and dried upon departure. We kindly ask that you do not consume food/beverages in bed and on the sofa bed. Damage to them, as well as broken objects and utensils, must be reimbursed/replaced. The kitchen's drinking water jug can be filled at the kitchen's own filter, or if you prefer mineral water, request it from a distributor (phones in the distribution hall drawer). All outlets are 110V, EXCEPT shower and washing machine. In the apartment we have 1 super comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, a double box bed in the bedroom and 1 double mattress to be placed on the floor. It comfortably accommodates 6 people. It is MANDATORY to use sheets/pillowcases on the bed, sofa bed and pillows. We kindly ask that you use a blanket/cover on the sofa bed, which are available in the closet. We have pillows and light blankets available to guests at no extra cost. After using the pillows, we kindly ask you to store them in the plastic bag when you leave. All windows have insect screens. The apartment is on a high floor and is very airy, with plenty of ventilation, eliminating the need for fans. To do this, just leave the windows of the bathroom, service area, living room and bedroom open, which even with the screens closed will be well ventilated and pleasant. We do not have wifi in the apartment, but it is available in the building on the ground floor, with login and password at the entrance. The cell phone signal is great in the apartment. The dining table has 4 chairs and two stools, accommodating six people seated simultaneously. Guests will need to send their full name and ID for me to prepare the AUTHORIZATION, WHICH MUST BE PRINTED, for identification and clearance to enter the condominium. The keys can be picked up at the building's entrance and delivered at the exit. We wish you a great and pleasant stay and that you will always be welcome again. Bookings made after 6 p.m. the day before check-in may be subject to check-in after 3 p.m., depending on apartment availability. We do not accept reservations outside of Airbnb. There is private parking nearby.
