Our super cute attic room (top floor)private bathroom facilities these are located next to your room *not inside your room this is for your SOLE use. There is two rooms on your level but not in use. You are located in the attic area of a 1890’s Georgian townhouse in the heart of Edinburgh so naturally stairs to reach your room. Our self check in serviced rooms are set over three floors, You will find us situated in "Hill Street" along the historic cobbled street in the New town of the city. The space This type of accommodation wouldn't suit anyone that is traveling with small children or any mobility issues due to the fact we have stairs to climb and there is no disabled access or lift within our accommodation. We are super central and only about a 3 minute walk to Princes Street, 10 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle. The street parallel to "Hill street" is "George Street" here is where you will get a more cosmopolitan feel to the city with luxury shops, cocktails bars and plush restaurants. You couldn't get more central if you tried! Guests are reminded to check their email prior to arrival as they will be sent a self check in access code, to enable you to gain access to the property and room. We have a super easy check in/out system, great location, we love to keep our place immaculate at all times, quiet place to put your head down after a busy day in the city. The room is located in the attic area of the townhouse so there are stairs to climb. This room is situated in the attic so some areas have coombed ceilings. Guest access Our property is a self check in property therefore you will be sent all access information on or before check in time on the day of arrival via this messaging service. Other things to note We don’t cater for any hen/stag party’s no children under 12 or pets and we like to keep our accommodation nice peaceful when possible so everyone can enjoy there time away. We would ask guests not to light any candles,Incense sticks in the rooms due to this being a major fire risk for themselves and for other guests staying here. No vaping and obviously our property is strictly non smoking. No cooking within the rooms, we do not provide adapters but can recommend where to buy them. We offer an extra service of a luggage store for after your stay, message us for more details on pricing. There is no private parking at the property within being city centre
