High End Resident - 3 Bed, 3 Bath and Parking

A high-end residence with thoughtful detailing throughout, this 1900's cottage has been completely rebuilt. It's a marvel of design and space. This 1900’s cottage was recently redesigned by Pivot Studio, a local architect firm with a minimalist style in mind. MAINTANCE: No Air-condition downstairs Bedroom: Downstairs bedroom Air-condition unit is waiting on gas. Extreme Weather: During heavy storm please keep the bi-fold and window shut. You may see rain water under the bi-fold door. We will leave some clean towel for you to use to stop rain water if required. Guest access Special Note for booking arrive on Thursday 18th Nov, check-in time will be after 10PM and check out time at 11 AM. We also welcome day use guest to book and valid from Friday 19th Nov 8:30 AM to 2PM. Access via front door and we will provide access pin code on arrival. Secure parking onsite access via lane way. Please note that if you wish to exit or enter the parking during late/ early hour please kindly park your car outside (free street parking between 8PM -8AM). Above the garage is a residential space hence this request. Early hour - before 8 AM After hour - after 10 PM Other things to note Please be advise that we have a strict cancellation policy. Its includes COVID-19 related cancellation. Please ensure your travel insurance covers this. Bug - We live in a bushy suburb with a lot of trees around the property its impossible to stop bugs from visiting us however we regularly perform pest control at the cottage.
