Please note that the apartment is on the top floor with two flight of stairs (no lift). Free on street parking for 1 car (permit provided during stay) Cosy kitchenette with built in cupboards, draws, bar fridge, tea and milk provided. Our kitchenette provides guests with the use of a microwave, toaster, kettle and portable stovetop with pots and pans for guests to use. We also have Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine and pods available for guests to use. Light and spacious living/bedroom area - please note that living and bedroom is not separated as it is a studio space. This carpeted area leads to French door opening onto leafy green outlook. New Smart TV with Netflix, Kayo Sports and other steaming services. Plenty of books and board games for guests to use during your stay. Dyson heating and cooling - warms up the apartment very quickly. We also have plenty of extra blankets for our guests to use. Sofa also turns into extra click-clack style sofa bed - please ask for additional linen. Moments from trendy cafes and vibrant restaurants in CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy.
