We’re conveniently located near Singapore Embassy, Venice Grand Canal, Bonifacio High Street, SM Aura, Market-Market, NAIA, and other well known establishments. During this pandemic safety is our priority. We clean and disinfect our unit after guest visits. In line with that, we require our guest to be fully vaccinated. We also require our guest to submit a photo of their Government ID and Vaccine Card that state that they are fully vaccinated. The space The unit very spacious and private. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room. 3 split type air conditioner, for guest comfort. In the unit we have bath towels, toiletries, fresh linens and complementary coffee. We also have WiFi and Netflix for our guests’ entertainment. Guest access POOL ACCESS: Please let the host know ahead of time that you are planning to swim so that she may request for your access from the admin. Please take note that requirements may be asked by the host. Social distancing in the pool area is still advised. Other things to note No drinking of liquor and smoking inside the unit. For early check-in, there will be an additional of 500 pesos. No additional visitors allowed inside the unit; they can be entertained on the lobby.
