Breathe in the fresh, clean air deeply and connect with the sounds of nature. Or sit on the rocking chair and wait for the others to wake up, each in their own time, and finally leaf through that book that has been waiting for you for so long. Or sit at the outdoor table and concentrate on the last notes to be written before setting off to explore the region. Or play ball with the children and your dog, chasing each other in the lawn around the house. Or, in the morning sun, do a little yoga under the walnut tree. You can enjoy this during your well-deserved holiday in our home. The HOUSE and the lawn GARDEN and fruit trees are completely at your disposal. The large PATIO protects from rain and summer heat. Here you can sip coffee or a cool drink on the deckchair and rocking chair. On the outdoor table you can have breakfast in the freshness of the morning and have lunch outdoors. Inside you will find the entire living area, with kitchenette, flat, an extendable table for up to 8 places with a bench, sofa, TV, WIFI. Thisarea is at full height, up to the ceiling with its wooden beam and exposed brick, very evocative. A short corridor leads to the two bedrooms, a double and a single bedroom, and the bathroom with a raised bathtub and a floor shower. This floor is LEVEL-FREE and comfortable and suitable for those with motor problems or wheelchair needs. An UPPER FLOOR leads to the beautiful internal wooden staircase where you will find arch motifs with elegant painted decorations. Also here the doors are made of sanded wood that enhance the veins adding value to the rustic atmosphere of the Cottage. The TWO BEDROOMS , one double, the other double, overlook the countryside view of the area. The SECOND BATHROOM with the shower box, enjoys great light thanks to the exposed beamed ceiling window. The MEZZANINE runs around the two perimeter walls and allows you to exit outside on the wide, discreet terrace that opens onto the rooftop. Guest access All spaces (house and garden) are EXCLUSIVE for our guests. The accommodation is accessible for those with mobility problems, because it is located at STREET LEVEL and is perfect for access with wheelchairs. The property is surrounded by LIVING HEDGES that ensure excellent privacy. You can PARK in the special area on the side of the road, or along the driveway or under the porch sheltered from rain and sun. Other things to note DOGS are welcome. Here they will find space in the garden for their runs. ATTENTION to SMALL dogs: they could sneak out of the fence under the gate and the base of the hedge, as there is no net to the ground.
