This 1st-floor flat is on the north side of one of Glasgow’s most beautiful terraces. It’s gracefully appointed and feels grand but homey. Original working shutters, hardwood floors, and ceilings that reach the heavens. Quiet and overlooking communal gardens, it’s 3-5 minutes by foot from shops, subways, and other amenities. Somewhat flexible on choice of bedroom but please don’t ask to negotiate the price. Rates are the same for a single person or a couple. The space The space is generously sized and beautifully appointed. This is a home, not a random rental slapped together with IKEA furnishings. Ignore wherever the listing might say there’s no hot water. (I can’t figure out where or why it says that, or how to change it.) There is plenty of hot water, good shower pressure—and fast WiFi. Guest access Metered parking but Hillhead Station is just down the hill. During your stay Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the flat so there’s privacy. But I’m good company if you like to chat!
