Arty, bright & family loft in small village

Close to the sea, Saint-Jacut, Saint Cast etc! :) Relax in our pretty bright, quiet and arty loft. Large spaces for couples or families, with several relaxation areas for a relaxing stay. We also have a small fenced garden with a large family table and barbecue! The space Our house is 150 m2 Carrez law (attic upstairs) the spaces are large and bright, facing east downstairs and west upstairs Very nice also in winter because the floor is heated on the ground floor (moreover shoes are prohibited inside because there are many carpets that must be taken care of :) The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs: the 2 adult bedrooms have beds that are 160 x 200 - the children's bedroom has a small bed for 2 that is 140 x 200, possibility to add a small Wesco bed (floor bed without bars with a foam surround - up to 4 years old max)! the daybed in the mezzanine is not counted as a bed / the sofa downstairs either. The office area is not isolated because it opens onto the mezzanine – another office is now in bedroom 1 :) (not in the photos) The kitchen is a dining room (table for 6 people) + a large table for 12 outside - 1 baby booster is available! This is our annual home and you will find plenty of children's toys and nice items, which we care a lot about :)! Our sofa and armchair are 1976 Kashima Ligne Roset designed by Michel Ducaroy. A large selection of books, magazines and paintings on subjects that we love such as design, fashion, alternative cultures, architecture, erotic imagery etc… * if you are with a child or children, please note that there is no stair gate or net on the upstairs railings. It's up to you to be vigilant. *Please smoke on the terrace only, an ashtray will be provided. Guest access 2 private spaces to park directly in front of our gate small shops within walking distance in the village (2 tobacco bars, a bakery, a pizzeria, a bistro, a solidarity thrift store, La Poste etc.) a departmental bus network also passes through the village of Corseul (Dinan, Plancoët, Saint-Jacut, Saint-Cast, Dinard, Saint Briac...) Otherwise by car: Saint Jacut is 15 min, Saint Cast 20 min, Dinan is 15 min, Plancoët 10 min, Guildo Castle 12 min, Dinard 30 to 35 min etc etc The nearest TGV station is Lamballe, 30 minutes away, otherwise Rennes is 50 minutes by car, or Saint Malo is 40 minutes away Other things to note If you have a problem, no problem!
