Bright relaxing comfortable maisonette style flat in a peaceful Victorian house. Centrally located 2 bed flat ground level with stairs. Situated around the corner to local amenities and the sea! Accessible beaches - Stone Bay and Viking Bay are a short stroll along this peaceful pleasant neighbourhood. There is free parking outside the property as well as along the Esplanade and Albion Road Car park is around the corner! A smart tv/wifi/dvds/books available and most home essentials. The space A small secluded cosy outdoor courtyard/patio area for guests who like a relaxing morning read before breakfast Guest access The main house hosts other privately owned flats. Please be respectful and note this is a quiet house and we do not allow noise between the hours of 10.30 -7am. Other things to note The flat is more suited to individuals or couples. It is not a child friendly flat. We have a banister behind the sofa which is a hazard if children climb up and the stair well is steep with 14 steps down to bedrooms and bathrooms. We also have double beds in each bedroom. We would advise seeking a more child friendly accommodation.
