Other things to note We are located at a quiet residential neighborhood with full time residents. Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors. Everyone is very friendly, but we request you to be especially cautious to not make too much noise, or disturb the peace of the area. The houses are close to each other in this neighborhood. The beach is a couple of minutes walk. This sound beach has round pebbles so feel free to bring your beach shoes (recommended).
