The Camellia House

This characterful home is the perfect place to stay with friends and family for 10-12 people. The house can welcome 8 people. It has a semi-detached outbuilding, ideal for 1 couple with 2 children. Located in the heart of Carantec, everything is within walking distance: beaches, walks on the GR34, Callot Island, the castle of the bull by boat, golf, local shops... The space The main house of the house in Les Camélias is 100m2. On the ground floor, you can enjoy: - a 30 m2 living room with a dining area for 12 people - two summer lounges in unheated glass roofs (the 1st facing south and the 2nd facing west) - an equipped kitchen to prepare meals for 12 people - one bedroom for 2 people (double bed of 1m60) - a toilet Upstairs you will find, - bathroom with bathtub and toilet - a bedroom for 4 people (4 beds to be arranged as a single bed 90 cm or double bed 1.80 m) and a baby bed - one bedroom for 2 people (double bed of 1m60) and baby bed. The outbuilding of the Logis aux Camélias, adjoining the house, is 40 m2, it is composed of: - a living room open to the kitchen with a sofa bed for one adult or 2 children (bed 1m20 wide) - one bedroom for 2 people (double bed of 1 m60) - a bathroom with shower and WC. The 900 m2 wooded garden is decorated with a space to eat (garden table and barbecue) and spaces to relax (deckchairs, sun loungers, benches). Linens are provided (sheet, towels and dish towels) as well as the minimum necessary (dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, cleaning product). Le logis aux camélias is classified 3 keys by the Clévacances label. Guest access The house is surrounded by a wooded garden where it is nice to share a meal with family or friends and relax on the deckchairs for an afternoon. Other things to note - Please note, the number of people present in the accommodation must be as indicated in the booking, if this number is not respected, we will cancel the booking without refund. - Parking your vehicle is free in front of the house on the street which is one way. Charging an electric vehicle is not authorized, a charging station is accessible in front of the City Hall 500 m from the accommodation. - Animals are strictly prohibited even for small animals, in case of non-compliance the reservation will be cancelled without refund. - Before you leave, you must clean up to make the accommodation as you found it (vacuum, clean the kitchen, shower and toilet). If the cleaning is not done, a fee of €200 will be charged to you through Airbnb.
