Guest access Please be advised that check-in details will be sent two days before arrival. Someone will meet the guests to deliver the key at the unit. Other things to note House Rules & Important Guest Reminders: (to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take note of the following) No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas. A $150 fee will be charged for any indoor smoking violations. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability. A fee of $50 per hour applies for early arrivals. Please request in advance. Check-In & Check-Out Process –Check-in details will be provided two day before arrival. A team member will personally meet you upon arrival to hand over the key. Upon departure, please inform us in advance so we can arrange key collection. Please treat the property with the same care and respect as you would your own home. We appreciate your help in keeping everything in great condition.
