House 1, 500 meters from the village, between vineyards and olive groves, is spread across two floors. Ground floor: living room, kitchen-dining room and bathroom. First floor: 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom. The pool is shared with two other houses. In high season (July and August), the rental runs from Saturday to Saturday. From May 25th, the swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) is shared with Case 2 (max 8 people) and Case 3 (max 9 people). Early opening is possible for reservations of at least 7 days. The space Le Case is a group of three buildings, at a distance of 500 meters from the village of Palazzone, at the edge of the vineyards and olive groves and surrounded by ancient cypresses. Heating must be paid separately (cost of gas consumed). All expenses are excluded from the monthly winter prices. The pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.
