Apt w2 in woodhouse first level

In the wood house, we realized this apartment on one level, completely in wood with modern technics. This apartment is composed by one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one kitchen and one living room with a double sofa / bed and two single beds. It is about 75 square meters and is foreseen for maximum 4 + 2 persons. Under the roof there is a small kids room. There is a dedicated external table with chairs but one level down. Pellet stove with glass, heat pump heating, and for summer of an air condition system. Hot water is provided by solar thermal system and electricity by solar photo voltaic system The kitchen is well equipped with pots, dishes and tools. Washing machine is also available in the bathroom.
