Lovely family cottage suited to accommodate up to 12 guests, nestled within sought after Point O' Woods Beach Association. Point O' Woods, a gated community features tennis courts, playground, basketball court, marina, and three private beaches. All located within is a short 3-minute walk from the Summers Place cottage. Amenities include outdoor shower, fire pit, hammocks, gas grille, fresh linens, beach equipment, Indoor / outdoor dining areas to accommodate large families. The space The first floor of the cottage has an open floor plan excellent for entertainment sliding glass doors open to the back deck. Both full baths offer standup showers , there is also an outdoor shower. The backyard offer hammocks under the deck and a fire pit stocked w/ firewood. Upstairs are all bedrooms . Guest access The cottage offers 2 parking spots , additional parking lot by marina 2 minute walk . It’s nice to have a bicycle for the kids to get back and forth to the playground and beaches . The golf cart is a great way to cruise around the neighborhood. It’s available to rent for the week .
