Eden Grove Cottage is a delightful 3-bedroom eco-friendly cottage nestled down and quaint courtyard, lined with established trees and shrubs, creating a peaceful attractive location. Formally a stable block, the building has been converted into a surprisingly-large holiday home for up to six guests that comprise a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. The space Leading off the kitchen is the first of the two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and loo. Two steps lead down from the dining area into the snug living room with a wonderful log-burning stove to relax in front of after a day out exploring the local area. The wooden staircase with handrail leads to the first-floor corridor with wooden floorboards, flanked by the original red-stone wall that spans the length of the building. This is a lovely original feature from the building's past. Off the corridor are three equally-sized double bedrooms, each benefiting from large windows and vaulted ceilings. At the end of the corridor is the second bathroom, which comprises a bath, basin, loo, and heated towel rail. Next door to the bathroom is the WC with a loo and heated hand-towel rail. Ground floor Entry from the courtyard into the open plan farmhouse kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with 6-seat dining table. Three equally-sized bedrooms, each with a vaulted ceiling, a double bed, large windows and clothes storage. Family bathroom with a bath and handheld shower head, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. WC with basin and heated hand towel rail. Outside is a small patio with seating. Other things to note Arrivals are welcome on Friday for weekly stays. Short breaks are permitted in low and mid-season or within 60 days of arrival. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Central heating throughout the cottage. One well-behaved dog is permitted to stay. Unrestricted street parking along a quiet lane. The courtyard is shared with neighbours A starter supply of wood, kindling and firefighters will be provided. A CCTV camera monitors external activity at the front door to the property.
