Extras: Pets must get approval in advance. Mature, potty trained dogs only. The space Our guests love that our space is great for socializing and entertaining. We have a big open kitchen with a view to the pool and patio. People really enjoy cooking food on the grill and relaxing in the backyard, which has hammocks, a fire place, lounge chairs, and everything you could need after a day out on the town. The three bedrooms are also a decent size and are very comfortable for your stay. We have two large flatscreen TVs, books, magazines and board games if you want to enjoy some quiet time. All TVs have Netflix, Amazon, Roku and Chromecast. Our home is located in a very convenient area of Austin in East/Central Austin. I-35, which will take you right downtown, is just a few blocks away. Major highways 183, 290 and 2222 are also nearby. The Mueller / Windsor area is a very short drive to downtown and the greenbelt and there are both commercial and local Austin establishments nearby. The Mueller area has a very nice park with a lake which is an alternative to the crowded Zilker Park, where it can be hard to find parking. We also have a NEMA 14-50 Level 2 outlet in the garage to charge any Tesla or any other EV. But please let us know if you'll be using this before you arrive. ***Please read *** Our backyard is full of trees, plants, and greenery—a little slice of nature right outside your door. That also means you may encounter some visitors like mosquitoes, bugs, geckos, squirrels, spiders, and birds. We do have bi-weekly pest control in place, but just wanted to be upfront that with all this beautiful nature comes a bit of wildlife too. Guest access You may access the entire house and backyard. Other things to note This is our home so please kindly follow our house rules and treat it as if it were your own. Thanks in advance! House Rules: -No smoking inside or outside (we do not want to pick up cigarette butts) -No drugs -No parties (we do have an exterior camera security system so it will be obvious if you have tons of people coming in for a party) -No exceeding the number of guests provided in your reservation without discussing with us in advance advance -No loud noise after 10 PM out of respect for the neighbors -No flushing anything other than toilet paper in the toilets -House may not be used for commercial photography of any type except with written permission -No pets without express permission in advance.
