Book now and experience the ultimate in location and convenience! The space Our property is a cozy and comfortable 3- bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in the heart of Rotorua. The house features a relaxing outdoor spa, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and quirky furnishings. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The living area is cosy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, and there is a dining area for enjoying meals together. Overall, our property is the perfect home away from home for families, groups of friends or professionals looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rotorua. The mountain bikes at the property are for you to enjoy and use whilst here at our property. Please ensure if using the bikes they are locked up when not in use when taken away from the property. All equipment must be returned and maintained in good working order. If anything breaks, lost or stolen please inform the owner of the property immediately. We take no responsibility for any injury if this may occur whilst using the equipment. Full payment for loss/damage or stolen equipment is paid in full by the guest who booked the accommodation through airbnb. Please take note you are staying in a geothermal area and there may be bugs from time to time as they like the warmth of the heating. We have the property sprayed every couple of months to keep them away but you may see 1 or 2 at times they are more prevalent. There is only 1 car park in front of the garage but plenty of free street parking. The parking right outside the house is free. If you require a portacot for an infant or young child please let us know in advance so we can ensure the cot is set up and ready for you. You will be emailed by air bnb with a door code to use 24-48 hours prior to your stay. Other things to note Please note because the house is right next to the lake there will be lake flies (midgies) they are attracted to lights on at night so suggest to leave windows and doors closed at night. Especially bad in the warmer months.
