All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. Included Starter Supplies: Mattress covers, pillows, and comforters or bedspreads on all beds, small bar soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per trashcan Guests are responsible for bringing additional toiletries, detergents, spices, and other consumables beyond the starter items. Linens and Towels are Included with Every Reservation (Bed Set Up Is not Included) Please note that all renters must be at least 25 years of age and the guest group must be in line with family-style occupancy.
