A peaceful & quiet country side with mountains, rivers & hillsides surrounded by the natural clustered vegetation. So stress neutralizing it invokes deep meditation and the centering of oneself. 2-3 mins. restaurants, bars, police station, grocery stores, bank, doctor's office etc. Check out chukka excursions; zipline, river tubing, ultimate kyak & jeep safari chukka tours is like 10 mins drive away. further away chukka tours; atv, horse back ride, catamaran etc. Montego bay is 25-30 mins away The space This comfortable studio consist of a spacious room, kitchenette, bathroom and a shared verandah. It comes with dining table, large dresser, iron board, wifi, tv(netflix, youtube...), queen size bed, fridge, toaster oven, fan, towels, bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc... mini stove, kitchen utensils; plates, dish drainer, knives, pots, wine glasses, forks etc. also the studio has a standing bathroom shower, toilet, and a face basin etc... The windows and doors are grilled. Only the windows are meshed, the yard is not fenced and few times when we do have minor power outages it would return like in the next 30secs, 1 -3 minutes or so. This warm welcoming cottage is seated in the midst of overwhelming extravagant greenery. So harmonious in the early mornings to be greeted by sweet melodies of beautiful colored birds chirping away. This wonderful place is also blessed with the vibrant sunlight and the soothing rain when it pours which leads to the awakening of your spirit within. -Airport transfers for a fee. -Chauffeur services Attracts a fee. -There's a charge for Chef services. -laundry fee is a cost of $10usd per load. -Cleaning fee is $25usd. -Renting the safety box cost $15usd. Guest access The guests have access to the front and back of the yard, verandah, the studio section of the house. If you are interested in excursions & taxi services it's a pleasure for me to assist with that. There's a river which is like 5 minutes drive away, but if it's high I don't recommend swimming in it. During your stay I like socializing with guests & I'm also available by phone call, text & email. Other things to note If you want, I am offering a free 30-40 minutes tour within a section of 2 acres of our family land. This tour entails jamaican culture, history, different kinds of plants, trees & their purposes etc...
