This is a 2 BR, 1 Bath, Family room, and Kitchen Beach Cottage. Enough space for a week-end or week get-a-wave and less than a 1 block walk to the Beach. Fully stocked kitchen completely remodeled. Both bedrooms are Queen sized beds. FR Sofa is full size sleeper. The space Beach Cottage 2Br 1Ba with outdoor heated shower, family room and kitchen and outdoor patio with outdoor seating and grill. Note- we took 2yr hiatus from platform, reason for no recent reviews, we are 5 stars and take great pride and care of our guests. Other things to note Price includes use of 4 Beach chairs, 2 bogey boards, sand toys (if needed) and beach wheeler. Note- we welcome dogs up to two (2) dogs . Dog fee is $125 for up to two dogs for the stay < 75 lbs. each
