Cute beach inspired, spacious 3br home has been fully renovated and is on solar! No need to fear the island wide blackouts here! Comfortable memory foam mattresses, quality bedding and towels, and a well stocked kitchen. A/C in all 3 bedrooms. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just a few minutes from the beach, but with the peaceful, remote atmosphere found in the mountains and a waterfall just down the street! Fall asleep listening to the coqui, and be awakened by the roosters. The space Spacious rooms make for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Well stocked kitchen provides you with everything you need to cook your own gourmet meals. Memory foam mattresses provide a great nights sleep. Guest access Laundry room, driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles (however during mango season I would not park a vehicle under the mango tree, so I recommend only using 2 spaces) Other things to note This property is not a place to party. The neighbors are wonderful people and we all value the peace and quiet in the neighborhood. The driveway is steep, so oversized SUVs or trucks need to have 4 wheel drive in order to make it up it (smaller cars don’t seem to have a problem, but if it is wet it can be slippery). Street parking is also available if you don't want to pull up the driveway. As many properties in Puerto Rico experience, we have a sensitive sewer system. No feminine products or toilet paper down the toilet please. It will create problems! We provide trash bags and a can in the bathroom for all paper items. Storms and Luma won’t leave you without power here…we converted to solar!
