The space Access to the two internal doors giving access to the rest of the house is locked. The walls are phonetically reinforced to absorb noise between the two dwellings. Nevertheless, the proximity of the two homes requires a minimum of cohabitation. The house is newly built. It has no air conditioning in summer but it is very well insulated, which seems to avoid the inconveniences associated with high temperatures (large fan still available). Healthy habitat made with the most ecological materials (exterior insulation in wood panels, interior insulation in wood fiber, painting of walls with natural oils). Access to the outdoors on the west side is quiet, available and semi-reserved for tenants. A garden table, 4 chairs for your meals and a parasol are available. Laundry access possible on request from the back of the house (washing machine, iron). Our cat Max will probably try to visit you for a hug, but if you'd rather keep your distance, let him know and he'll understand. I had this house built in 2019 in the spirit of eco-places.
