Old house of 135 m² renovated in 2021 on a property of 2000 m² fully fenced and wooded, quietly located. This cottage is made up of: * on the first floor: 1 entrance, 1 fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, raclette service, coffee makers...), 1 living room, 1 bathroom (double sink, shower), WC, 1 laundry room (2nd refrigerator), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m). * Upstairs: landing, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m and 1 bed 90) and a second bedroom in a row (1 bed 1.60m and 1 bed 90) a bathroom (a sink and a bath). Rental only by the week (Saturday to Saturday) during the spring and summer holidays. Centralized heating included with oil. Dog accepted for a fee: 10 euros regardless of the length of stay. Options: (optional) Cleaning: 50 euros Sheets: 10 euros per bed for the duration of the stay Towels (1 large and 1 small): 4 euros per person for the duration of the stay.
