The space Río Building The apartment is located in the basement of an old building that, as such, presents its particularities, such as a low-power electrical system and a greater susceptibility to problems related to humidity. thesis Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the double rooms has a walk-in closet. ￫ Living/dining room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 6, and plenty of natural lighting. ￫ Bathrooms The apartment has two interior bathrooms (no windows) with a shower. Kitchen The kitchenet is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. Upon your departure, you will need to place the keys inside the lockbox. ￫ During their stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. If technical assistance is needed to open the door or if the keys and/or lock are damaged, the resulting costs of this service will be borne by the guest.
