Our prime location is perfectly situated just inside the no-wake zone—only four homes from the main channel! You’re less than 10 minutes from Laughlin and Avi casinos, with dining, shopping, ball fields, and more just minutes away! Private dock and Sandy beach for fun in the sun! The space The space is not shared and fully fenced with two very large decks. One off of the main level of the house and the other one is below. The lower deck has a ramp that leads to private dock and another steps that leads to the water/shoreline. There is a small area for dogs to go potty on the side of the house or you can walk across the street as well with them. Please never leave children or dogs unattended outside without adults. Guest access Guests can access entire home with the exception of two supply closets inside the home which is used for the cleaners stock and there is also no garage access available to guests. You access the home via electronic keypad! WiFi password is on the frame near the air hockey table! Other things to note This home is a favorite among our family, friends, and neighbors, so it stays mostly booked off-platform—meaning fewer reviews compared to our other listings. The main living area, bedrooms, and upper deck are all on one level—no stairs needed! To access the lower deck, dock, and river, stairs are required. The property is fully fenced, but please note there are no gates between decks—young children must be supervised at all times. Please note: the Sea-Doo dock is no longer available—photos now reflect the sandy beach area. The games vary such as air hockey table etc. we usually have something for the family to enjoy but it may not always be an air hockey. It could be arcade game, bad mitten etc **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. The river currents as well as water temperature can be dangerous for children, adults and/or property.
