The open kitchen/living room (color "vanilla") is fully equipped, the balcony is furnished in summer, a private parking space (underground garage) and washing machine/dryer for shared use are also available. The icing on the cake at this house is its really good location: it is less than ten minutes from here from this quiet street to the lively city center with all the shopping facilities, quaint pubs and attractive restaurants. And if you like to swim in the sea before breakfast, you can theoretically "just walk over" in your bathing suit to the beach, which is not two minutes away. You don't have a Latinum?
