Villa Martin is a beautiful farmhouse carefully renovated and located in the village of Montegranaro, in the context of the beautiful Marche hills that surround the area. The sea is about 15 km away. The space The property is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, entering from the garden side, you enter a living room with a TV corner and an area with a tea table. Crossing the room you enter an open space that houses the dining room. Continuing, you enter a classic kitchen with large countertops and equipped with all the accessories. Leaving the kitchen on the left, you enter a storage room with a washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom. Going up to the first floor through a wooden cantilevered staircase, you enter the sleeping area where we find a double bedroom, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower and the master bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool. Swimming pool: The swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of the property gives the guest a unique view of the gentle hills typical of the area. Located on one side a few meters from the house, it can be reached by crossing a pedestrian path. Irregularly shaped with a trampoline and an entrance to facilitate entry into the water. Its depth is from 1.40 to 2.40 m. The solarium area that completely surrounds the pool measures about 50 square meters and is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, and an umbrella.
