Note: The electricity meter is being replaced on Wednesday afternoon 6th November and the log-burner is being serviced on Thursday afternoon 7th November. The owner will be present at both times and neither is expected to affect the guests significantly. Note: There is no boundary fence to the garden and Naunton village has a strict policy that dogs must be kept on leads everywhere when out walking, including on the village recreation field and footpaths. Note: For the comfort of future guests, we ask that dogs remain downstairs, stay off the furniture and that no trace of a dog remains after your departure and we also ask that dogs are never left alone in the property. Note: For the sake of our neighbours, we ask you please to avoid loud music late in the evenings. Note: This property has many character features, including several steps leading up to the front door, narrow and steep stairs, some very low beams, and sloping ceilings, which could pose difficulty to guests with limited mobility or carrying babies, both in terms of their general movement and their ability to quickly exit the house in the event of an emergency. Note: The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have a serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk. Note: No candles or nightlights are permitted inside the cottage. Note: The second-floor beds are zip/link and are set up as either twin beds or a king bed, at the housekeeper’s discretion. If you have a particular preference, do please give us at least 72 hours’ notice of your request.
