The pretty holiday semi-detached house is located in the small village of Kaltenhof. A dirt road takes you to the sandy beach of the Schwarzen Busch in just 5 minutes. Other things to note In this holiday semi-detached house you will find a cozy living room with flat screen TV, stereo system, fireplace, sofa bed and open fitted kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: fridge-freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. From the living room you can access the large terrace with patio furniture,beach umbrella and barbecue. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. A large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine completes the ground floor. Two cozy bedrooms with double beds, one of which has its own TV, are available on the upper floor for up to 4 people. Here you will find the large bathroom with shower/toilet and sauna. Make use of the garden area, which is equipped with new patio furniture and a beach chair. A travel cot as well as a high chair and a handcart are available for our little guests. A free internet connection is available to you. There is 1 parking space at the house. This house is a non-smoking house and pets are allowed. Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival. You will receive detailed information from us upon request!
