The space The fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two beds (one queen and one single), air conditioning and fans in all areas, a large living room with dining room, kitchen, terrace, wifi and Smart TV. It is fully equipped with hot and cold water, towels and sheets. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. You will have access to our shared solarium, equipped with a seating area and jacuzzi! Restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, mini markets, and more are within walking distance. Other things to note ⚡ ELECTRICITY POLICY – AIR CONDITIONING We want to be fully transparent about electricity consumption during your stay. ✔️ Electricity for general use (lighting, refrigerator, hot water, and appliances) is fully included in your reservation. ✔️ Air conditioning electricity is included up to 20 kWh per day, which covers normal and responsible use. Each apartment has an independent meter (located in the kitchen) that measures only the air conditioners’ consumption. • At check-in and check-out, we record the meter reading through the app. • Guests are welcome to take their own photo or video of the meter for personal reference. If air conditioning consumption exceeds the included 20 kWh per day average, the additional usage will be charged separately based on actual consumption at the current rate of 21.90 DOP per kWh (≈0.35 USD). • Please make sure to turn off the air conditioners and other electrical devices every time you leave the apartment. • Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a sustainable experience for everyone! • We provide basic supplies upon arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc.). Any replenishment, if needed, is the guest’s responsibility. • Airport pickup service, as well as excursions to Saona Island, Catalina Island, and Santo Domingo, are available upon request. • The shared terrace area with a common jacuzzi is located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. • Important: The jacuzzi is not heated and does not have hot water.
