The cozy living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, a BLU-RAY player and an electric fireplace. The apartment has a balcony equipped with garden furniture. In 2020 the apartment was equipped with a new kitchen and new furniture. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There are parking spaces at the house.
