The location The exclusive and light-filled apartment is located in the east location on the third floor and on the east wing of the building. The Baltic Sea is practically at your doorstep - in just 300 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach. The beach promenade and the popular 60 meter promenade jetty as well as the beach terrace and the pirate playground are also located here. Enjoy a fantastic view on the passing "big pots" and the sea. By the way, the Bay of Lübeck is considered a sailing paradise! An accessible development allows for comfortable access to the promenade and spa beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafes as well as attractive leisure activities, attractions and excursion destinations. You spend relaxing hours on the large, covered loggia, which is equipped with garden furniture. The loggia is accessible from both the living-dining area and the bedroom. In the apartment there are books, board games and a drying rack. Please note this apartment is a non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The special features On request, you can use the attractive amenities of the resort - on the ground floor there is a 260 sqm large and exclusive sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, adventure showers, ice fountain, foot pool and quiet areas.
