We are located in the municipality of Lantic which is a quiet municipality and close to the seaside (5 to 7 km) The space The villa is located in the municipality of Lantic near the municipalities of Binic, St Quay Portrieux, Étables sur Mer. The sea is 7 km from the house. It is a house that is conducive to calm, rest but which is well located for all the surrounding visits (pink granite coast, Pleneuf-Val-André, Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo...) We have two villas with pools in the same commune but located 500 m from each other. The pool is therefore individual to each of the houses.
