House Vicolo Castello

The independent house was built in the early 1900s on the ruins of a small castle, in memory of which the street was named Vicolo Castello. It was completely renovated in 2019 and is a real gem, a boutique house with an enveloping environment, with a pleasant, relaxing and quiet atmosphere in total privacy. The space On the ground floor, the unit consists of a large living room with a sofa bed overlooking a small private courtyard, a kitchen equipped with all amenities overlooking the courtyard, an office/laundry room (with washer-dryer), and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is divided into a double bedroom with a king-size bed, two single bedrooms and a large bathroom; finally, continuing up the stairs, you reach a large motorized window on the roof/terrace from which you can enjoy a glimpse from above of the neighborhood and the historical wonders of the city center, sipping an aperitif in company in the comfortable living room. The armored entrance door, with electronic lock, is protected by an access code that will be delivered to you upon your arrival. The code is changed at the end of each stay. Particular attention is paid to silence and safety, thanks also to the shatterproof and noise-proof windows, together with the acoustic insulation in the perimeter walls.
