Villa with pool, jacuzzi and sauna

Our 234 m2 villa is located in Moliets-et-Maa, in a quiet area among the pine trees and a 2-minute drive to the central beach with its shops and bar restaurants. You can enjoy the Moliets bike paths, surf the Atlantic waves or play a round of golf at the "Golf de Moliets". "La Lette Blanche" beach with its fine white sand is a 5-minute drive away. The space Come and spend your holidays in our air-conditioned villa which has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, dressing room and large beds, (2 beds 180×200 and 2 beds 160×200), 2 separate toilets, an equipped kitchen open to the living room and lounge. There is internet access and Wi-Fi. Outside you will find a large terrace with a heated pool (from the end of April until November and after that it will depend on the weather), 6-seater jacuzzi, garden furniture and sunbathing. Have a good time with family or friends on a large covered terrace equipped with a summer kitchen, barbecue and plancha. Share your evenings around a fire pit and watch the stars. For the more athletic, there is a petanque court :) and for the little ones a playground and a sandbox. A sauna is also available to relax. Guests can park their car in the private parking lot or in the 2-vehicle garage where there is a quick charging station for electric cars. All bedrooms come equipped with bedding and towels. The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer. On request we can provide you with baby equipment, baby bed or high chair, etc... we accept pets.
