The space Rosso Mattone is an independent apartment on the ground floor of a large family villa surrounded by greenery and countryside, just a 5-minute drive from Sulmona's historic center. Due to its location, without stairs or steps, it is also suitable for guests with disabilities or the elderly. It has a bright open space with kitchen-living room overlooking the patio, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and a double sofa bed in the living room. A single bed or a crib can be added to these 6 beds upon request. Bed linen and towels are included. N.B. In the event that a guest requests a double bedroom for single use (e.g. a couple who wish to have both bedrooms available or 3 friends who request both bedrooms + the sofa bed), please specify this at the time of booking with a message in the chat. There is an extra cost for the supply of additional linen starting from the 2nd bedroom to be paid at the property (€20 for the entire stay). For further clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. The kitchen is super-equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all kinds of dishes, containers for separate waste collection with bags. The bathrooms are both equipped with large showers, and there is also a washing machine. The patio is equipped with a table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and a grill (charcoal not included). The play area on the lawn with double swing and slide for babies, soccer field with regulation doors, all fenced, is available to our guests. Pets are allowed, provided they are in full respect of the furnishings and under the care and supervision of the owners. Parking is reserved, also covered, on the property. Guest access Guests have at their disposal: -sheets and towels for the number of beds booked - kitchen equipped for preparing meals. In this regard, it is specified that in the holiday home formula, by law, it is not possible to provide breakfast to guests, which is the exclusive prerogative of hotels and B&Bs. -1 bathroom in room 1 +1 bathroom in the living area (useful for the adjacent room 2) -2 bedrooms (in bedroom 1 you can add an extra single bed or a baby crib upon request) - living area with sofa bed, to be used as a third bedroom (5th + 6th bed) - free Wi-Fi - exclusive use of the dining area on the patio and access to all common areas of the courtyard and garden in front of the apartment on the ground floor.
