Large, modern, family house with great view

THIS HOUSE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM THE 29th DECEMBER 2015 - 20th JANUARY 2016, FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK. This is a great home to relax in with children, with fantastic views of the beach and all day sun. There is an abundance of space, inside and out. A second lounge/rumpus room means the kids can have their own space to play or watch a dvd, while the adults enjoy the outdoor entertaining space. It is only a short walk to the gentle family friendly beach (either down the stairs at the end of the road, or down the hill). There are three great cafes down the hill also, a short 5 minute walk. There is a direct railway line in to Wellington opposite the cafes, perfect for a fuss free trip into town. The bedrooms are all a decent size, with one king bed complete with an ensuite, one queen bed, 2 singles (in one room) and a single on it's own. There is a portacot available on site if needed. Special conditions: The family or persons staying here must be prepared to feed the cat, and allow him access (through catflap) in and out of the house at all times.
