Chalet Beauvallon Grand (Apt C) is a stunning new contemporary 4 bedroom property located between the Nyon telecabine and the Pleney/Avoriaz roundabout so ideal for accessing the ski lifts in either direction. Ideal for groups of 10 people - ideally 6 adults plus 4 children/teenagers as the 4th bedroom is a small double bunk room that sleeps 4. However adults are able to use this room if required. For larger groups we have also have Chalet Beauvallon Petit which sleeps another 6 people. The space The luxury apartment has two floors which descend down from the road above into the hillside below and the floor to ceiling windows in the main living space offer breathtaking views of the mountains and valley. Ideal for groups of 10 people - ideally 6 adults plus 4 children/teenagers as the 4th bedroom is a small double bunk room that sleeps 4. However adults are able to use this room if required. You can walk to the Nyon telecabine within 5-7 minutes or there is a ski bus stop outside the property where you can access the Pleney or Prodains lifts and town centres. It is possible to walk into town in 15/20 minutes. The upper floor consists of the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, plus the master bedroom with ensuite.  There is also a large balcony/terrace which is the perfect aspect for the afternoon sun and a BBQ in the summer months.   The lower floor houses the other two double/twin bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom), the quad bunk room, a shower room and a separate WC. Bedroom 1:  Master double, plus en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2:  Double OR Twin, plus en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3:  Double OR Twin. Bedroom 4:  Bunk Beds x 2 sets.  Full size beds but would recommend for children or teenagers/small adults. There is a stylish landscaped petanque garden available as well in the summer months. Other things to note The apartment comes with ski storage and there is parking for two cars (one in the garage, one outside). Please note;  There is a staircase to get from the road level main parking and main entrance, down to the apartment entrance.
