"A fresh take on time-honored traditions" is the motto of Bischoffs Welten. It was important to Anja and Michael Bischoff to revive the tradition of guest rooms in the old brewery building—with a modern twist, of course. The modern addition, which brings the entire building into the present day, houses the hotel reception desk, the elevator, and the stairwell for guests. There are 18 new guest rooms, located both in place of the old guest rooms on the second floor and in the former movie theater of the town of Bad Urach and the former Quenzer Brewery laboratory on the first floor. Everything was gutted and renovated with great care and attention to detail. Anja Bischoff placed special emphasis on modern interior design in both the living areas and bathrooms. With her knack for decoration, she gave each room its own unique finishing touch. Individuality is the hotel’s hallmark: Every guest room has its own unique layout. There are rooms spanning two levels, rooms with exposed beams, and one with a ceiling height of four meters.<br> A double room in this category features a bathtub
