According to the season guests can harvest and taste figs, lemons, oranges and pears. Outside you will find a wonderful newly built swimming pool with solarium, where you can relax and sunbathe while reading a good book. The lawn is perfect for families with children that can play safely. There is a playground with a slide and a playhouse. The area is completely fenced and there is a private parking. The apartment is located on the first floor and has an indipendent access through the outside stair. A beautiful covered terrace shelters a dining area with table and chairs and offers a stunning view on the sea. The house has been recently renovated with beautiful furniture, air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. The indoor is divided in a living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a sofa where to chill out watching TV or reading a good book. The sofa can be turned in a sofa-bed and can accomodate 2 persons if necessary. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for free. The sleeping area is quiet and includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a view on the back garden. The twin room can be turned into a double bedroom. There is a bathroom with a confortable shower and another shower is located in the garden and will be very convenient turning back from the beach.
