In a small quiet street you will enjoy both the calm and the proximity of the festivities of the hyper center, from the small streets to the many restaurants, shops, the market Place Republic on Saturday morning. The free parking is 3 mn walk and buses just down! The beaches are 15 mn and Spain 25 minutes. For your comfort, the air conditioning will regulate the temperature of the Loft, summer and winter! See you soon! The space The loft is located on the 1st floor without elevator. It offers a beautiful living space, with an open kitchen, coffee/ tea area, a work area and a lounge cocooning. You have a sleeping mezzanine with a bed of 160x200 mattress memory shape, TV equipped with a chrome cast. The sofa is convertible into a bed 140x190. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. The toilet are separate. A fixed air conditioning completes your comfort! Guest access The loft is located in the middle of pedestrian streets, where parking and access by car is complicated. That’s why, I put at your disposal a parking card that gives you access to an indoor parking! Other things to note Come serenely, a parking space awaits you 3 minutes walk from the Loft and fixed air conditioning, rare in the hyper center, will allow you to withstand the hot summer periods!
