In a recent building, enjoy a modern and warm apartment offering all the comforts to make your stay with your family or friends an unforgettable one. The space Located on the 1st floor, the apartment consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with an office space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster... open to the living room. You will have access to a smart TV equipped with cable with reception of French channels as well as very high speed internet (if you have an account, Netflix and Amazon Prime will be accessible to you). A large sofa bed will accommodate two extra people. A large terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. Guest access The apartment is on a small street so it's very quiet, it's perfect for families or friends looking for a quiet but safe environment. It is conveniently located between two beaches, Trou aux Biches and Mont Choisy (the most beautiful and largest beach in the north), it will only take you a few minutes on foot to get there. To visit Grand Baie, a village with many restaurants, bars and nightclubs, a bus stop is located at the foot of the building. You can also easily rent a car (parking space is available in the basement of the building). A local fruit vendor and several restaurants are within walking distance. Bath towels, beach towels and sheets are provided. Towels are washed every 3 days and bedding is changed every 7 days. To ensure you enjoy your vacation to the fullest, a housekeeper will come regularly so that the apartment is always welcoming when you return from your excursions. A washing machine is also available for your use. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax on the deckchairs around the shared pool. Great!
