Sitting room with large open fireplace, sofa and armchair seating, and television. Kitchen with central island with two ovens, gas AGA, electric induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwashers, and a round breakfast table. With archway leading to snug. Snug with sofa and armchair, television with dvd player. A door leads through to the internal annexe. Utility Room with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. With door leading into the playroom, and patio door leads out to the garden. Playroom with a huge variety of children's toys, bean bags. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Boot Room with plenty of storage for coats & boots, with door leading outside. Billiards/Games Room with dual aspect windows and a competition size snooker table, open fireplace and glazed doors lead onto a small patio and the garden. Original feature fireplace with a gas fire and Portland stone surround. Overlooking the rear garden with lovely views across the golf course towards Pegwell Bay and the sea. Outside The house is accessed through a wrought iron gate set in a high wall which leads into a pretty enclosed front garden planted with lavender and roses. The back garden offer a large lawn with views over the golf course, outdoor seating, barbecue and children's play park. There are several patios and seating areas and a barbecue. Hot and cold outdoor shower - useful for washing off after a visit to the beach.
